At Van Heusen, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
